Eight Years Strong
This review is based on eight years of working with PAV. After our house was burned to the ground in a wildfire in Northern California, we moved to Scottsdale and built a new home. PAV did all the wiring, auto shades, audio system, and Control4 system. They went out of their way to make helpful suggestions and completed each project on time and within budget. Everything operated as advertised. All the techs were very courteous and professional. Needless to say, all maintenance and adjustments have been performed by PAV. The front staff are fantastic, namely Rhonda, who is an excellent organizer and extremely personable. Several times when repairs have been done, Marty, the owner, called me to make sure all was okay. They are always available and on time. I only wish all the other vendors were like PAV. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending PAV for all your electrical and audio needs. We are very lucky to have them in the Valley.

I was inspired to write this after one of your technicians fixed two minor issues with our alarm system. He was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. It got me thinking. You might recall that 12 years ago, during my home renovation, I sent you an email containing disparaging remarks about your employees, which got us off to a rough start. If I never properly apologized back then, I do so now. I was clearly wrong. Over the past 12 years, whenever we've had an issue related to our alarm or entertainment system, your employees have consistently been helpful, professional, and great to work with, both in our home and over the phone.
