Blocking direct sun reduces cooling load and protects furniture from UV damage while keeping the view ready when the sun moves.

EV Charger Installation
A standard 120-volt outlet is not enough for a daily-driver EV. We install Level 2 EV chargers sized to your panel capacity and vehicle needs, whether that’s a single charger in the main garage or multiple stations across a main house and casita. For homes already at or near electrical capacity, we evaluate whether a panel upgrade or load management system makes more sense than adding a new subpanel.

This review is based on eight years of working with PAV. After our house was burned to the ground in a wildfire in Northern California, we moved to Scottsdale and built a new home.
